Aja Kennebrew​

Aja Kennebrew is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of the DOS Foundation. She brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting, operations, community development, and organizational leadership across the nonprofit, commercial real estate, construction, healthcare, and private sectors.

Drawing from her extensive leadership experience, Aja helps guide the Foundation's financial stewardship, operational strategy, and organizational growth. As the owner of Uncle John's BBQ and former Head Coordinator of the Dixmoor Vikings Cheer Organization, she is passionate about building strong communities and creating opportunities for young people. Her commitment to service, accountability, and sustainable systems helps ensure the DOS Foundation continues to prepare the next generation to lead, serve, and succeed.​
