Creative Intelligence Program

The Creative Intelligence Program (CIP) is a hands-on workforce and leadership development program designed to help young creatives turn their talent into real opportunity. Through mentorship, emotional intelligence training, event production, hospitality, media, and professional development, participants learn how to think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively, and confidently navigate real-world experiences.

CIP was created to solve a growing problem in Chicago—young people with incredible creative ability but limited access to safe spaces, guidance, and structured opportunities to develop their gifts. We believe creativity should have a clear path to sustainability, leadership, and community impact.

Our students do not just learn—they participate. They help produce real events, build professional skills, earn certifications, strengthen their work ethic, and complete the program with a final presentation that reflects both their personal growth and career direction.

Whether it is helping an artist like Sven Basqui identify her path as an Exhibition Interpreter and develop her brand around her gift, or guiding students toward careers in production, hospitality, media, or entrepreneurship, CIP creates the bridge between talent and tangible success.

We are not simply preparing creatives for jobs—we are helping them become confident, capable, and valuable members of their community.
