The DOS Foundation proudly recognizes Struggle Beard Bakery and owner Quinton McNair for his continued support of the Creative Intelligence Program (CIP).

CIP participants Laila and Chidera had the opportunity to work alongside Quinton, assisting with the fulfillment of a large bakery order. This hands-on experience reflects exactly what our program is about—learning through real work, showing up with professionalism, and contributing in meaningful ways.

CIP participants Laila and Chidera had the opportunity to assist Quinton in fulfilling a large bakery order, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. This moment reflects the core of our program—learning through real work, showing up with professionalism, and understanding what it takes to deliver results.

In addition to creating this opportunity, Quinton McNair also sponsored our participants in the production of the She Owns It, She Biz Conference, further demonstrating his commitment to supporting the next generation. His willingness to invest in our participants goes beyond financial support—he is actively helping to shape their experience and exposure to real-world expectations.

We are grateful for partners like Struggle Beard Bakery who align with our mission and take action to support it. Thank you, Quinton, for your continued support, your leadership, and for creating space for our participants to learn, work, and thrive.
