The DOS Foundation proudly recognizes our Creative Intelligence Program (CIP) participants who supported the production of the She Owns It, She Biz Conference with professionalism, focus, and a willingness to serve.

Under the leadership of Tandaleria Roland and Liz Toussaint, and in support of event producer Christi Love, the team showed up ready to work, adapt, and collaborate in a real-time production environment.

From welcoming guests and supporting vendors to managing audio visual needs and assisting behind the scenes, each intern played an important role in maintaining a smooth and successful event experience.

This is what the Creative Intelligence Program is about—giving participants real responsibilities, real expectations, and real opportunities to show up with confidence and contribute at a high level.
